We want you to love your Glammy Nail Shell. If you’re not completely happy, you have 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Some items can’t be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable or digital products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Custom or personalized products
- Items used or damaged not due to our error
Partial refunds may be considered for:
- Items returned after 30 days (case-by-case)
- Products not in original condition or missing parts
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
Haven’t seen your refund yet? First check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take time to post.

Sale items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
We only replace items that arrive damaged or defective. To start an exchange, email us and send your item to [your return address].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. Otherwise, we’ll notify the gift giver of the return.
Shipping returns
To return your item, please mail it to: [your return address].
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you’re returning a high-value item, consider using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance.
